Buccaneer's Bad Day

The Buccaneer awakens, dizzy to find himself trapped in the forward cabin of his ship, port left far behind. The first step to finding out what the heck is going on? Getting out of this room.
This is my first attempt at game development! Just a short little proof of concept that might become the start of a larger project. I hope you like it! (...and that there's not too many bugs.)

The small details in this are amazing, it's so thoughtfully crafted. Sure, there are a few small issues with the verb bar, but those can easily be ironed out.
A lot of indie adventure games take themselves too seriously, or are too intentionally 'kooky' for my tastes. This was literally perfect, it's just so charming. I want more. Please make more.
